Cancellation and Refund Policy
There are no long term contracts at ClickandClimb. You may cancel your services with ClickandClimb, Inc. at any time you wish if you are not completely satisfied. No matter what plan you have purchased with us, when you cancel your subscription, you will be charged only for the sessions used until the time of cancellation. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you. If you are enrolled in one of the multiple session plans and have already used a few sessions before cancelling, the used up amount will be calculated based on $17.99/session. Based on this calculation if you have used up the amount for the month, you do not owe us anything and do not get a refund. ClickandClimb offers 100% money back guarantee if the customers are not completely satisfied and do not see an improvement in the students' grades.
If you purchase any equipment from ClickandClimb including the headset and/or the writing tablet, you will be charged a deposit. This deposit money will be refunded to you 100% when the equipment is returned to ClickandClimb and has had no apparent damage. The customer will be responsible for shipping the equipment back to ClickandClimb.
ClickandClimb reserves the right to alter these conditions at any time so please review this section frequently.
